      Pros

      Woolpert has a great attitude, liberal WFH policy, great benefits, and is very social and welcoming to its employees.

      Cons

      Sometimes internal direction and guidance isn't great, and past the first few weeks, it is easy to get lost and forgotten about. You had better know what you're doing in your role, or the end can be swift.

      Pros

      Employees are passionate about their work and their customers. Flexibility is really great, the ability to work remotely when so many other companies are forcing people back to the office is a big plus. People are genuinely nice and want to help each other which is not something you find at every company.

      Cons

      A lot of change, but that is to be expected with how much the company is growing.

      Pros

      Flexibility, sense of ownership in your work, some great people

      Cons

      The bonus was below industry standard and is formulated per how well the entire company does. This isn’t fair that some of the company that doesn’t do well affects everyone else, especially when we can’t hire enough people to do the work.
