      Pros

      Very competent staff, very open minded and accessible management (all levels). This is a great company to work for. Very good at water engineering and very focused on clients and employees.

      Cons

      The company is growing - so while that is excellent for opportunities to advance or earn more, it is also a bit overwhelming and comes with long hours at times. Not a knock on the firm itself, just a heads up.

      Pros

      Employees are passionate about their work and their customers. Flexibility is really great, the ability to work remotely when so many other companies are forcing people back to the office is a big plus. People are genuinely nice and want to help each other which is not something you find at every company.

      Cons

      A lot of change, but that is to be expected with how much the company is growing.

      Potential to be on good contracts with good PM

      Cons

      Company is extremely money hungry and will throw employees under the bus Lied about giving raises on multiple occasions HR straight up ignored employee emails/communications
