Some of our roles require extensive travel and we ensure to discuss that throughout the recruiting process as it's important to know that as a candidate. It's a wonderful way to see so many parts of the world, but we know it's not for everyone!

Pros

Employees are passionate about their work and their customers. Flexibility is really great, the ability to work remotely when so many other companies are forcing people back to the office is a big plus. People are genuinely nice and want to help each other which is not something you find at every company.

Cons

A lot of change, but that is to be expected with how much the company is growing.

Pros

Flexibility, sense of ownership in your work, some great people

Cons

The bonus was below industry standard and is formulated per how well the entire company does. This isn’t fair that some of the company that doesn’t do well affects everyone else, especially when we can’t hire enough people to do the work.
