      Pros

      Co workers are great and friendly.

      Cons

      A lot of arrogant supervisors, not flexible on schedule, could pay more for amount of stress. Will close departments out of the blue and have to get with HR to find another job within a week. Or laid you off with no notice. Have to lie or omit information from pro and homeowners. Not a stable company to work for.

      Strong customer service skills Patient and good at explaining things clearly Reliable and always shows up on time Works well with scripts and structured processes Experienced in high‑volume call environments Calm under pressure Good listener Team‑oriented and easy to work with Quick to learn new systems

      Cons

      I can be too detailed and want to make sure everything is documented correctly. I sometimes take a little extra time to learn a new computer system, but once I learn it, I’m very consistent. I tend to be very focused on doing things the right way, so I double‑check my work. I’m always working on being more confident in asking questions when I need clarification
