Free lunch and the people are great although many have been leaving.

Cons

The acquisition has introduced a lot negatives into the culture. The work is starting to suffer and the projects are no longer exciting. If you're looking to grow, this isn't the place as Accenture is not keen on promoting. The new benefits are nothing compared to before the acquisition. If you love slow beauticratic process, this is the place for you!

Great culture. So many talented people. The W&Co leadership (partners) are quite amazing. The first agency that I've worked at that truly values design first. They treat their employees right.

Cons

Accenture acquired. That alone comes with challenges.
