WorkRocket provides me the training to succeed in an career-driven environment where learning is encouraged and my opinion is valid. Everyone (all the way up to the CEO) is accessible and ready to give you a wealth of knowledge any time its needed. Through incentives, encouragement and innovation, they are constantly seeking new ways to be successful, while providing employees everything they need to grow their own business.
Cons
Due to the autonomy, it could be considered difficult for those who aren't self starters, but if you like friendly competition with those around you, it can be quite encouraging. Perhaps if you are accustomed to being told what to do every moment of every day, it may not be the place for you.
