      Pros

      You may get a decent manager, but umm, good luck.

      Cons

      -Culture: they pride themselves on culture and being a system of engagement, but that is a joke. The system is driven by customer's complaining and zero data. Product manager do not even use data driven decisions. -Middle management is terribly mean and jaded; they only manage upwards. -Your success is dependent upon one variable: how much you try to look like you work as opposed to being evaluated on your actual work.

      Pros

      Flex work model- 50% in office Direct team is supportive- great people (hope they stay)

      Cons

      Constant churn in leadership and shifting priorities. Feels like we can’t get anything done. VPs and SVPs who only care about managing up. Vision is lacking Slow decisions and lots of layers of approval Women pushed out of leadership Feels like they are gaslighting people with talk of being employee first yet they hire leaders who do not live that value.
