Pros

Collaborative approach to product design/development. People are genuinely supportive of each other.

Cons

When Dave Duffield was CEO the guidance was very clear - nothing is more important than customer satisfaction (existing customers). Today the focus is on acquisition of new customers and existing customers take a back seat. Way too many levels of management who are not adding any value at all.

Pros

Peers/ co-workers, flexibility, genuine nice co-workers

Cons

Lack of integrity and honesty. Sr, Director visited SLC two months ago and held 1:1 meetings to find out what she can do better and tell her something she did know. It was all smoke and mirrors and a waste of travel budget as they laid us all off. Workday get your crap together. You let go of some amazing, knowledgeable individuals that could’ve been moved to other orgs/locations but instead you decided to hand them their walking papers.
