Pros
Great product with potential to be great. Employees are great to work with despite managements single minded vision. Good focus on team building activities.
Cons
The main focus of the executive team is Sell Sell Sell the company in 3 years. Thus, the executives have a knee jerk reaction to poor decisions making that result in constant unpredictable change. There is very little room for advancement. Rather, they attempt to make a large "good ol boys" club through hiring friends and family over qualified individuals. Employee opinions are to be closely and carefully guarded. AtTask does not believe in salary raises. Be prepared to remain at the same pay. Product development believes they know what is best for customer and communicates very little to the customer. The lack of understanding of sales results in a quarterly, if not monthly, change in sales compensation plans, making it difficult to be strategic. Be prepared to be planned if you do not meet or exceed 100% of quota for two quarters. Absolutely no change management, nor a desire to create one. Marketing has no strategy and is leaderless.
