In the support department, you will find yourself working unfavorable shifts: Graveyards, Swing Shifts, and Sometimes holidays if there is no coverage. Growing pains with how massive the company is becoming. However, it is hard to keep a solid structure in the the tech industry when tenure is low for the entire industry.
