The company has an atmosphere that they truly care about you and try to offer as many benefits to make you happy and bring in good talent.
Cons
Management forces you to work whenever they need you with no overtime pay. I have to work at least 10 hours a week of OT and on top of that respond to emails and inquires whenever they come in regardless of time Holliday or PTO, I had to almost cancel my Marriage anniversary trip I request 6 months in advance because of management.
