Pros
Workfront has such a great culture and its hard to look past our own dramas and see that. There are some issues around but each workplace does. We are a growing company but the perks and benefits are amazing. Unlimited PTO is great, food truck fridays are amazing, and you can't beat the service days each quarter. When is comes down to it, Workfront is a great place to work and i think we look past that and forget all the good things that are here.
Cons
wish the pay within G&A was more competitive with the market. G&A shouldn't be overlooked in regards to pay. Its a demanding job with a full plate and high expectations with no pay to back that up.
