Pros
I started with Workfront when there were 40 employees and 11 years later we have around 900. What a ride it has been! From the beginning Workfront has had an excellent culture of teamwork, collaboration, creativity, and love. A big part of that were the original leaders, but it has continued on through the years because Workfront has done a fantastic job of hiring the right kind of people. It's a joy to come to work every day and work with the people I work with. Our current CEO has done a fantastic jobs of making tweaks to our culture and building out a long term strategy to support the vision. He has also done a great job of supporting initiatives that close the seams between different parts of the organization. Specifically in the sales organization I believe in the leadership we have in place and the sales principles they are putting in place. The one constant at a place like Workfront is change because you can't expect the techniques that took you from $7M to $20M to be the same as the techniques that get you from $20M to $100M. I am excited about the future of Workfront and the sales organization specifically as we continue to evolve. Being part of the pre-sales team at Workfront is a blast! The team is full of exceptional people and going on site regularly to sell to prospects is always in adventure. The wonderful thing about the Workfront product is it can be leveraged by organizations across any industry or vertical, so it never gets old trying to figure out solutions for a wide array of prospects and products.
Cons
It's not really a con per se, but you've got to be the type of person who can adapt and pivot easily if you are going to work here.
