Business Outlook
Pros
Workfront has phenomenal people and a great culture. Some of the most hardworking and genuinely kind people I've ever met work here. They do well at encouraging a work/life balance at all levels in the company.
Cons
Advancement (at least in Marketing) is incredibly difficult. In my 1.5 years there, 2 of my Directors voluntarily left, and many coworkers did as well. The blindsiding of layoffs wasn't a great morale boost either. Now, Workfront has been acquired by Adobe so the culture is likely going to be changing. It will be interesting if Workfront can maintain their culture because that is one thing Workfront has historically done very well.
