Business Outlook
Pros
Workfront has developed an incredible work environment where I can look forward to coming in every day. The teams we are on pull together towards a common goal and still have lots of fun while getting work done. There is open communication at all levels of the company and we all work together to remove any obstacles in our way.
Cons
Certain jobs and job descriptions are currently in a constant state of flux. This is both a good and bad point. Good because there are lots of opportunities for growth. Bad because many times you need to re-learn your responsibilities.
