Pros
Really good product and has a really good potential to become big. Has some good talent working in the company. You can get to learn and grow professionally if you have enough patience and tolerance.
Cons
Really unprofessional environment in terms of office politics and the way people communicate. The "No Jerks allowed" motto is not followed at all. Management keeps changing a lot. Lot of favoritism in the work place. A very unfair environment to work in. A huge lack of integrity in the HR department - not trustworthy at all.
