HR Department - Austin Miller and his team are amazing!!!! The have a full understanding of the positions and qualifications required to the right candidates needed.
Cons
High turnover positions hired for supporting the CEO and Sales Operations and Customer Success. As an employee we continue to hear the executive management state often it was not a fit. They selfishly do not take in account that the positions turnover creates challenges for ALL departments and employees, processes and having to be in training mode over and over and over to the new hire, becomes less and less quality. Disappointed that we have lost professional growth over someone not getting a lunch order correct for a day.
