Pros

You'll absolutely never be bored.

Cons

Everything else, unfortunately. Especially incompetent management. Benefits are terrible and expensive. Short term disability is over $250 a month to buy into!

Thank you very much for your feedback, especially about your experience with our benefits. Though our package is in the top 20% of all employers, especially our 12 weeks paid parental leave, this feedback is actionable and I'll personally stay attuned to our total rewards to keep costs as low as possible for our people. In terms of our recent layoffs, it's disappointing to us as well. With the new DEA guidelines, which in turn shifted our business model, we were heartbroken to not be able to keep working with every member of our talented and valuable team due to these new guidelines. We're confident this new business model supports our members in a sustainable way with the highest levels of care as we build for forever. At the same time, we recognize this transition is incredibly hard. We feel our separation package for impacted employees, including the 2 months notice, is in line with our top 20% rewards package. We, and I, look forward to continuing to support our total workforce and members through this change. Please reach out to sirvine@workithealth.com with any additional concerns, which I'm happy to rapidly address. Warmly, Sara Irvine VP, People

Pros

What sets this Workit Health apart is the genuine care they show for their employees. There is a rare level of transparency from leadership that makes you feel truly connected to the company’s mission, and the high level of organization across departments makes daily work incredibly smooth. Most importantly, work-life balance isn't just a slogan here; it’s a lived reality. Management respects your time and energy, creating a supportive environment where you can actually thrive both professionally and personally.

Cons

The pace can be fast-moving at times, which requires a bit of adaptability, but the clear communication from leadership makes it easy to stay on track.
