Hello, Thank you for your thoughts here, both your kind words about our patients and also guidance on opportunities for improvement. Though we've seen many changes this year relating to the DEA's proposed controlled substance rules that impact our core business, I appreciate how frustrating, confusing and emotional a layoff still feels. We felt it was important to provide employees impacted by this layoff with a notice period of 8 weeks, plus a severance package thereafter, as a show of gratitude for their service.
