Pros

Workshop Digital lives up to its core values: accountable, ethical, transparent, empowered to be awesome in work and life, willing to be wrong and open to feedback, able to go the extra mile for our clients. It's cool to be at a company where you feel like leadership and everyone around you truly lives up to those values. Positivity trickles from the top down and I feel empowered to make a difference in my role, be heard by my manager, and effect change where needed.

Cons

I haven't experienced any major cons. I think as long as you're a self starter and able to implement structure and take advantage of the resources around you you won't experience cons.

Pros

The people are the best part. Everyone is smart, supportive, and happy to help, and there's a real culture of collaboration. I've learned a ton in a short time, and leadership is transparent and approachable. It feels like a place that truly cares about both great work and its people.

Cons

The workload can ebb and flow, so there are definitely times when things get busy. The upside is you get to work on a wide variety of projects and keep learning.

Pros

Amazingly talented team members, incredibly interesting clients, endlessly engaging service capabilities.

Cons

Overworked employees, extremely excessive admin bloat, constantly disruptive internal communications, unecessarily complex internal training, bloated new-hire training documentation, unmaintained internal knowledge-base, overly burdensome and extremely repetitive documentation practices, poor understanding and far-too-early adoption of emerging AI technologies. Overbearing "this is what I did" repetitive, copy-and-paste, repeat documentation, re-purposed level-of-effort, and extremely slow consideration and often non-starter determinations on new service offerings, Yet, the core employee team is so talented and smart and amazing.
