1yWe're thrilled to hear that you're enjoying the diverse client portfolio and the amazing WD crew! It's great to know that the autonomy, efforts to support community involvement through paid volunteer opportunities, and flexible PTO are making a positive difference.
We acknowledge your points about the meetings and our processes. We aim to strike the right balance between being thorough and flexible, and like most things, there's always room for improvement. We've already found many ways to streamline our meetings to ensure they're as productive and efficient as possible.
As for the flexibility in processes, we understand that each client's needs can be unique, and we're exploring how we can maintain our high standards while adapting to those needs more fluidly.
