Pros

- Diverse client portfolio so you get experience with different industries and digital strategies/platforms - The people! The WD crew is awesome and great people to hang with (inside and outside of work) - Pretty autonomous work environment when it comes to account management - Paid volunteer opportunities and unlimited PTO

Cons

- Can get meeting heavy - Sometimes a little too into their processes and doesn't allow for flexibility by client

We're thrilled to hear that you're enjoying the diverse client portfolio and the amazing WD crew! It's great to know that the autonomy, efforts to support community involvement through paid volunteer opportunities, and flexible PTO are making a positive difference. We acknowledge your points about the meetings and our processes. We aim to strike the right balance between being thorough and flexible, and like most things, there's always room for improvement. We've already found many ways to streamline our meetings to ensure they're as productive and efficient as possible. As for the flexibility in processes, we understand that each client's needs can be unique, and we're exploring how we can maintain our high standards while adapting to those needs more fluidly.

Pros

The people are the best part. Everyone is smart, supportive, and happy to help, and there's a real culture of collaboration. I've learned a ton in a short time, and leadership is transparent and approachable. It feels like a place that truly cares about both great work and its people.

Cons

The workload can ebb and flow, so there are definitely times when things get busy. The upside is you get to work on a wide variety of projects and keep learning.

Pros

Amazingly talented team members, incredibly interesting clients, endlessly engaging service capabilities.

Cons

Overworked employees, extremely excessive admin bloat, constantly disruptive internal communications, unecessarily complex internal training, bloated new-hire training documentation, unmaintained internal knowledge-base, overly burdensome and extremely repetitive documentation practices, poor understanding and far-too-early adoption of emerging AI technologies. Overbearing "this is what I did" repetitive, copy-and-paste, repeat documentation, re-purposed level-of-effort, and extremely slow consideration and often non-starter determinations on new service offerings, Yet, the core employee team is so talented and smart and amazing.
