Employees may be reluctant to challenge leadership or speak up. - Modernization and organizational change happen slowly, with a government-like pace. - Global initiatives often lack sufficient international perspective, as decisions are frequently driven by US-based VPs and managers who are perceived as having the final word. - Too many VPs and too few junior staff, resulting in heavy workloads for junior employees with limited recognition, compensation, or opportunities for career growth.
