Extremely intelligent, well-educated, internationally minded colleagues; opportunities to travel around the world and meet top world leaders not to mention networking heaven; chance to have a real impact on world business issues

Cons

Patriarchal structure doesn't always lead to best organizational decisions; compensation is fair but not enough to keep top talent, creating rotating door effect; office culture can be overly competitive at times

This organization is constantly evolving but I think generally in the right direction. Great place for those who strive in unstructured environments.

Cons

Hours can be long and you have to enjoy travel.

Pros

Great exposure to ideas, good broad experience that can be applied to other jobs

Cons

Lots of infighting at the top, leaks down to lower levels. The Forum makes poor hiring decisions and teams suffer.
