High level of autonomy and perks such as travel and exposure to high level executives mean that you get out of this organization what you put in.

Difficult to translate your work into the outside world, and high degree of ambiguity.

Cons

Lots of infighting at the top, leaks down to lower levels. The Forum makes poor hiring decisions and teams suffer.
