Business Outlook
Pros
World Electric has been very accomodating and is family-orientated. The company itself is growing and has strong leadership throughout and a positive culture. There are opportunities for growth and the compensation is fair. I've worked at other distrubtors which were not as well-organized or committed to being best in class. World has a clear vision for growth and it's been a good fit for me.
Cons
I've had a very positive experience. It's a good thing that I have to think hard about any cons. The only thing I could say is perhaps they run a little lean. But this gives a person great opportunity to step up and take on additional responsibilities, and the company does a good job of recognizing such efforts.
