The communication from upper management and corporate is inconsistent. You are able to make decent money, but you'll spend most of your time at work. There is a lack of work life balance.

Nice Facility - Enjoyed many of the People who visit the venue!

Cons

Managers are not well trained or qualified to be managers. Many without real job experience for a venue that caters to so many different types of people.
