Pros

Decent pay, good benefits of you need them. Everyone is willing to share their knowledge and teach you. Still building, so A LOT of career growth available you are looking for it.

Cons

Not the best work -life balance I've seen in the industry. Communication amongst different areas (ie, F&B, Stewarding, Hotel, Sales/events) is a little lacking causing frustrations. ALWAYS busy so time off/PTO for management is hard to facilitate and a lot of things happen on a dime so it can be very chaotic.

Nice Facility - Enjoyed many of the People who visit the venue!

Cons

Managers are not well trained or qualified to be managers. Many without real job experience for a venue that caters to so many different types of people.
