Pros

The manager and team are incredibly supportive and collaborative. Leadership is approachable, willing to answer questions, and genuinely invested in helping me succeed. Coworkers are always willing to step in and help when needed.

Cons

The workload can be demanding and, at times, cumbersome. However, management has recognized these challenges and has made efforts to ease the load where possible by offering support and hiring help when they are able.

Pros

Benefits are good with matching 401K contribution. New CEO recognizes the value of happy employees as a starting point. It's refreshing. He also is working on proprietary AI tools vs off the shelf not to replace employees. His goal is to increase productivity with the support of AI tools so we can spend time on client needs. Strong emphasis on culture and value of the employees.

Cons

Workload can be overwhelming as they acquire new companies. There has been some turnover and it's difficult for any company to find experienced Account Managers.

Pros

Good benefits, pay is okay Immediate managers are pretty great and easy to deal with

Cons

The workload is awful. It has made me rethink my life choices. I go home absolutely miserable on a daily basis and tell my kid to make sure he completes college and does what he loves so he doesn’t end up with a job like this. The company acquires agencies faster than they can higher, and the workload gets dumped on the servicers. Truly an awful workload, anytime it’s brought up to management nothing gets done
