Pros

This company does not age discriminate, which is a rare find in today's world. Senior Leadership is outstanding and keeps me informed of what is transpiring throughout the company. Internal communication is excellent, I have weekly 1x1's with my boss, and biweekly meetings with my team, so we all know what's going on and hear the same information at the same time. My feedback and suggestions are encouraged, and I love what I do. I work on the Marketing Team and we all support each other. My boss cares about getting the job done, but cares equally about me as a person. I am not micro-managed, and I have the opportunity to be creative with my writing, which I greatly appreciate. I am excited about our continued growth, and enjoy working with the client advisors. The company has treated me very well, I have only positive things to say.

Cons

I have nothing negative to say about the company.

Pros

Benefits are good with matching 401K contribution. New CEO recognizes the value of happy employees as a starting point. It's refreshing. He also is working on proprietary AI tools vs off the shelf not to replace employees. His goal is to increase productivity with the support of AI tools so we can spend time on client needs. Strong emphasis on culture and value of the employees.

Cons

Workload can be overwhelming as they acquire new companies. There has been some turnover and it's difficult for any company to find experienced Account Managers.

Pros

Good benefits, pay is okay Immediate managers are pretty great and easy to deal with

Cons

The workload is awful. It has made me rethink my life choices. I go home absolutely miserable on a daily basis and tell my kid to make sure he completes college and does what he loves so he doesn’t end up with a job like this. The company acquires agencies faster than they can higher, and the workload gets dumped on the servicers. Truly an awful workload, anytime it’s brought up to management nothing gets done
