Thank you for sharing your feedback. We appreciate you recognizing the outstanding coworkers and associates within the field, and are confident you will find the same level of associates throughout World. We take pride in our hiring process and in the onboarding and training sessions we provide, and we agree that we have skilled and qualified associates here at World. We are pleased that you have experienced the same. We understand that a high volume of phone activity can be challenging, and we appreciate the level of service you are providing to our internal and external customers. Pros

Benefits are good with matching 401K contribution. New CEO recognizes the value of happy employees as a starting point. It's refreshing. He also is working on proprietary AI tools vs off the shelf not to replace employees. His goal is to increase productivity with the support of AI tools so we can spend time on client needs. Strong emphasis on culture and value of the employees.

Cons

Workload can be overwhelming as they acquire new companies. There has been some turnover and it's difficult for any company to find experienced Account Managers.

Pros

Good benefits, pay is okay Immediate managers are pretty great and easy to deal with

Cons

The workload is awful. It has made me rethink my life choices. I go home absolutely miserable on a daily basis and tell my kid to make sure he completes college and does what he loves so he doesn’t end up with a job like this. The company acquires agencies faster than they can higher, and the workload gets dumped on the servicers. Truly an awful workload, anytime it’s brought up to management nothing gets done
