Pros

It was great to work with IT and HR anytime you had any issues Training was available on hand

Cons

Unfortunately, my two team leaders could not get along very often (almost always) disagreed and confused employees. One team leader was never available and always gave you the run around The other team leader could not be bothered to read the emails and was so rude, staff would quit and we never had an office of consistent employees.

Pros

Benefits are good with matching 401K contribution. New CEO recognizes the value of happy employees as a starting point. It's refreshing. He also is working on proprietary AI tools vs off the shelf not to replace employees. His goal is to increase productivity with the support of AI tools so we can spend time on client needs. Strong emphasis on culture and value of the employees.

Cons

Workload can be overwhelming as they acquire new companies. There has been some turnover and it's difficult for any company to find experienced Account Managers.

Pros

Good benefits, pay is okay Immediate managers are pretty great and easy to deal with

Cons

The workload is awful. It has made me rethink my life choices. I go home absolutely miserable on a daily basis and tell my kid to make sure he completes college and does what he loves so he doesn’t end up with a job like this. The company acquires agencies faster than they can higher, and the workload gets dumped on the servicers. Truly an awful workload, anytime it’s brought up to management nothing gets done
