Pros

I do not have any at the moment.

Cons

There's a glaring absence of work-life balance, making it nearly impossible to maintain a healthy separation between professional and personal life. Also, leaving at 5 p.m. is frowned upon. The expectation to work late also lacks any compensation or even basic provisions like meals, leaving employees feeling undervalued and overburdened. Even taking a brief 30-minute lunch break is met with disapproval, often resulting in hurried desk-side meals or sacrificing breaks altogether. Transparency is a foreign concept here, as upper management remains detached from the workforce, leaving employees in the dark and unable to obtain straightforward answers, the company was also misleading during the hiring process. Have to be in the office for 5 days a week, hybrid work is a foreign concept here. Corporate politics also runs rampant, further complicating the work environment.

Pros

Benefits are good with matching 401K contribution. New CEO recognizes the value of happy employees as a starting point. It's refreshing. He also is working on proprietary AI tools vs off the shelf not to replace employees. His goal is to increase productivity with the support of AI tools so we can spend time on client needs. Strong emphasis on culture and value of the employees.

Cons

Workload can be overwhelming as they acquire new companies. There has been some turnover and it's difficult for any company to find experienced Account Managers.

Pros

Good benefits, pay is okay Immediate managers are pretty great and easy to deal with

Cons

The workload is awful. It has made me rethink my life choices. I go home absolutely miserable on a daily basis and tell my kid to make sure he completes college and does what he loves so he doesn’t end up with a job like this. The company acquires agencies faster than they can higher, and the workload gets dumped on the servicers. Truly an awful workload, anytime it’s brought up to management nothing gets done
