Pros

Commission on walk ins. You have to know about it and squeeze it out of them but they do offer it if you're in the know enough to ask how to put in for it.

Cons

The worst that corporate can get. The care about....nothing? No one? Still not sure why they have personal Lines at all. Their goal was to pretty much loose as much PL business as possible once they took over the agency and only retain profitable CL business. They'll dangle the carrot of management or promotion until you call them on the carpet or realize it's never going to happen or it's given to someone else. Once people leave they won't create more positions and say they are waiting on approval to post for the spot. By that time you've lost 3 more reps and now you're doing the workload of an entire office by yourself. When you leave they'll give it to another office and so on.

Pros

Benefits are good with matching 401K contribution. New CEO recognizes the value of happy employees as a starting point. It's refreshing. He also is working on proprietary AI tools vs off the shelf not to replace employees. His goal is to increase productivity with the support of AI tools so we can spend time on client needs. Strong emphasis on culture and value of the employees.

Cons

Workload can be overwhelming as they acquire new companies. There has been some turnover and it's difficult for any company to find experienced Account Managers.

Pros

Good benefits, pay is okay Immediate managers are pretty great and easy to deal with

Cons

The workload is awful. It has made me rethink my life choices. I go home absolutely miserable on a daily basis and tell my kid to make sure he completes college and does what he loves so he doesn’t end up with a job like this. The company acquires agencies faster than they can higher, and the workload gets dumped on the servicers. Truly an awful workload, anytime it’s brought up to management nothing gets done
