      overall environment is pretty decent, great starting spot if you're trying to get into the NGO sphere. Plenty of opportunity to get in the thick of all the going-on's in a non-profit workplace (networking, project management, etc.)

      Cons

      Meetings with people from around the world does bring up early meeting times, but in not always the case.
