Pros

Overall as a company, World Wide Technology has a great culture and the Leadership displays an attitude of Honesty, Integrity and Transparency. Various leaders from different locations work together to play a key role in empowering employees, and ensuring that they are not only satisfied with their job, but have a passion for the work they are doing as well.

Cons

Although the core values "THE PATH" (Trust, Humility, Embrace Change, Passion, Attitude, Team Player, Honesty and Integrity) are publicized and truly displayed at most locations, it is not portrayed at each "off-site" location. The core values are talked to, yes, but truly displayed, no. Having the "right people" on the bus is something that is expressed as an important asset to a successful company, and this is something as a whole, we could look into.

Thank you. You are correct. The Core Values (THE PATH) are not just for nice posters hanging on conference room walls. They're how we treat one another and our customers and our partners. I'm not sure which location you're referring to but the goal is the same for all "off-site" locations. Thanks again for the feedback.

Pros

Remote work was nice. Pay and benefits were decent.

Cons

- Toxic, toxic, toxic - Zero work life balance - Lots of back stabbing going on. Too many management changes. Everyone has to claw for things in a negative way to get anywhere. - Bro culture and a company founder who prays and preaches at company meetings? That should NEVER happen. - No inclusivity. They say DEI is important but when the leaders are praying and seemingly right wing that doesn't reflect. - "Great Place to Work" is a total scam. They basically make you do it, talk about it constantly, remind you to take the surveys, even say how to rate. It's disingenuous. - Over-worked and ran PM's too thin, then when you get too burned out to do your job effectively you're not supported. I was running multiple projects during the day and had another project that required 12 am, 2am meetings as it was an Asian customer. I had no balance, no sleep, zero support. Instead of mitigating it, they wrote me up because I forgot something trivial (so trivial I don't even remember what it was). I was so stressed my hair literally fell out! I was so grateful to have another company headhunt me so that I could quit. TOXIC!
