      Working for a company that is committed to its core values makes the working environment extremely positive. Collaboration and teamwork is encouraged and they trust their employees to get things done.

      Cons

      Personally, the company is inconveniently located. I live in South City, so driving to that area during rush hours is no fun.

      Great early years culture… Smart / Top Tier Talent and Capabilities

      Cons

      Lost what made them special… culture made obvious shift from “People are our Greatest Resource” to “We are a Numbers Driven Organization”… Think that corporate event closing comment changed around 2018/2019
