Great focus on work/life balance. Incredible benefits- the co-pays haven't increased in nearly 2 decades- how many other companies can say that?
A fun, innovative atmosphere focused on making the company a great place to work, and a place where everyone has a voice. My favorite thing is how people are genuinely excited for you when you do well and there is a huge focus on helping you to grow both personally and professionally. This is my favorite company i've ever worked for and i don't plan on going anywhere.
