The companies owners are actively involved in the day to day running of the business and have a track record on investing in their people, innovation and facilities that are simply world class. Each WWT colleague is wired towards achieving our company mission of being a profitable, growth company that is a great place to work. I personally think that our global growth trajectory is market validation that WWT are foundational doing the right things to deliver the best customer experience - our company culture underpins this.
Cons
As with every significant growth company there are naturally growing pains. 50% of the company have been here for less than 5 years, successful employees are the ones who thrive in this type of culture, who have a can do attitude and the discipline to reach out for help and lean on their colleagues who have longer tenures at WWT.
