Pros
The executive leadership team is thoughtful and clearly considers the big picture for the company AND its employees. Town halls, company updates and forums are common. Its growth is fast as others have noted, and not without bumps, but there is a spirit of collaboration and that we are in it together. The company and its talent are brimming with innovation. It is a coaching up environment, so the exchange of ideas and opinions is welcomed, in my experience. The benefits are excellent.
Cons
Because of the tremendous growth in the company and it being agile to respond to the needs of our customers, sometimes there are shifts in teams and organizations. That is to be expected, but at times can cause confusion if the changes are not shared out to the larger group when they take place. In other words, clearer communication about organizational changes would be welcomed and appreciated.
