      Many positives to this organisation, huge investment in growth creating opportunity for all. An inclusive culture for all that is always self reflecting and improving. A leadership team that wants to listen and take on feedback right from CEO level down. Financially strong, incredible service proposition, privately owned, innovative the list can go on.

      None i can think of.

      Great early years culture… Smart / Top Tier Talent and Capabilities

      Cons

      Lost what made them special… culture made obvious shift from “People are our Greatest Resource” to “We are a Numbers Driven Organization”… Think that corporate event closing comment changed around 2018/2019
