Great culture. Teams work well together toward success while maintaining honesty, integrity and humility. WWT has innovative technology advantages over competitors. Organic growth of great customers, partners and employees alike. Rapid growth creates a lot of opportunity.
Cons
Growing rapidly creates challenges. Feels like a small company that got big really fast. Doesn't always have crystal clear processes - however with everyone's positive attitude, work ethic and culture, things just get done.
