Pros
Front line sales personnel are surrounded by fantastic resources both locally, and remotely. Compensation is focused less on base salary, and more on performance. WWT gives individuals opportunities to make a very good living.
Cons
WWT's focus is on hiring the right people, not just filling open headcount. This can lead to unfilled positions until the right person is found. This isn't really a "con", just a challenge associated with how the business is ran.
