It never ceases to amaze me how much the ownership of the company continues to reinvest back into their employees, technology and physical infrastructure and leading edge practices.
For an "old-guy" it's everything I can do to keep up and stay relevant...but for the ~600 or so "new guys" that will join this organization just in this current year....it's everything you need to create your own destiny.
