      Pros

      World wide breathes core values. Everyone always has an awesome attitude and are easy to work with. If you refer someone and they are hired you get a bonus after they are hired on so long. World Wide also does profit sharing which is awesome as well as your yearly bonus.

      Cons

      I do see a lot of favoritism, but I guess that is expected at a lot of places. World wide also needs to work on the "no surprises" core value as well.

      Great benefits and the option to work from home.

      Cons

      Company culture took a hit when they started hiring former AB employees for management positions. Slowing becoming the good ol’ boys network.
