Pros

My paycheck was always correct. They offer adequate PTO. Education reimbursement. They offer every program available for free on Udemy.

Cons

Their pay is absolutely far to low for the level of knowledge they expect you to aquire and utilize. They say that the benefits they offer make up the difference. I have looked into that statement, it really doesn't put them anywhere close to the pay every other warehouse is offering. I made less than $18/hr after 5 years of employment. They also preach about how there are possibilities everywhere for growth. Unfortunately, I've only ever seen people who were connected to individuals with pull get any job that can be considered an upgrade.

Pros

Remote work was nice. Pay and benefits were decent.

Cons

- Toxic, toxic, toxic - Zero work life balance - Lots of back stabbing going on. Too many management changes. Everyone has to claw for things in a negative way to get anywhere. - Bro culture and a company founder who prays and preaches at company meetings? That should NEVER happen. - No inclusivity. They say DEI is important but when the leaders are praying and seemingly right wing that doesn't reflect. - "Great Place to Work" is a total scam. They basically make you do it, talk about it constantly, remind you to take the surveys, even say how to rate. It's disingenuous. - Over-worked and ran PM's too thin, then when you get too burned out to do your job effectively you're not supported. I was running multiple projects during the day and had another project that required 12 am, 2am meetings as it was an Asian customer. I had no balance, no sleep, zero support. Instead of mitigating it, they wrote me up because I forgot something trivial (so trivial I don't even remember what it was). I was so stressed my hair literally fell out! I was so grateful to have another company headhunt me so that I could quit. TOXIC!
