      Pros

      Excellent potential to have a tangible impact on processes and operations. Leadership implements change based on employee feedback and surveys. Outstanding and fun team environment.

      Cons

      The company loves to sell the word "yes" to a point that can sometimes result in long hours being spent on complicated, unique projects. I think this is actually a "pro", but occasional long hours are really my only complaint.

      Company culture took a hit when they started hiring former AB employees for management positions. Slowing becoming the good ol’ boys network.
