Pros
Pair programming means that everybody is on the page and all the best techniques and practices get introduced to all team members. Teams are self organizing so there is very little bureaucratic overhead. Since the company was founded by software developers, software development is understood from the top down. I rarely have to put in more than 40 hours in a week, and I've not seen any death marches. Health insurance through WWT is outstanding. 401k match is competitive.
Cons
This is not the place to come if you like working solo. Almost everything is done as a team. This slows things down somewhat but improves quality.
