Pros

Highly collaborative environment Management truly works with employees to make it a better fit for them instead of letting them leave. Lots of learning opportunities due to multiple clients Given the right time, an employee usually gets his/her choice of the project. Truly self organizing teams who are given autonomy to determine their own path to success instead of being mandated by management or someone else. Hiring process is great as the people who are doing the work (developers, QAs, coaches, etc.) do the interviews themselves and management trust their decision.

Cons

The company is growing really fast, so maintaining the culture will get difficult. Due to the fast growth some people fall through the crack and do not get appropriate onboard training.

Pros

Remote work was nice. Pay and benefits were decent.

Cons

- Toxic, toxic, toxic - Zero work life balance - Lots of back stabbing going on. Too many management changes. Everyone has to claw for things in a negative way to get anywhere. - Bro culture and a company founder who prays and preaches at company meetings? That should NEVER happen. - No inclusivity. They say DEI is important but when the leaders are praying and seemingly right wing that doesn't reflect. - "Great Place to Work" is a total scam. They basically make you do it, talk about it constantly, remind you to take the surveys, even say how to rate. It's disingenuous. - Over-worked and ran PM's too thin, then when you get too burned out to do your job effectively you're not supported. I was running multiple projects during the day and had another project that required 12 am, 2am meetings as it was an Asian customer. I had no balance, no sleep, zero support. Instead of mitigating it, they wrote me up because I forgot something trivial (so trivial I don't even remember what it was). I was so stressed my hair literally fell out! I was so grateful to have another company headhunt me so that I could quit. TOXIC!
