Pros

The people at WWT are friendly, smart, innovative, and diverse. It doesn't surprise me (anymore) when I hear about my coworkers amazing talents and hobbies outside of work. It's almost an expectation that you're not only an amazing employee, but also an amazing person all around. WWT promotes an environment that encourages, if not demands, professional and personal growth - and I mean that as an utmost compliment! The high expectations set by executives and managers manifest a sense of employee value envied by other companies.

Cons

Hoping (dreaming) in the future for on-site childcare, or a gym.

Thanks for your suggestion but these (onsite childcare, gym) are not something we're ready to do. We have very few locations that are large enough for this to even be possible. Also, there are liability concerns to think about. We do have discounts for some gyms and we offer a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to assist with childcare costs. Contact HR for more info. Thanks again for your feedback.

Pros

Remote work was nice. Pay and benefits were decent.

Cons

- Toxic, toxic, toxic - Zero work life balance - Lots of back stabbing going on. Too many management changes. Everyone has to claw for things in a negative way to get anywhere. - Bro culture and a company founder who prays and preaches at company meetings? That should NEVER happen. - No inclusivity. They say DEI is important but when the leaders are praying and seemingly right wing that doesn't reflect. - "Great Place to Work" is a total scam. They basically make you do it, talk about it constantly, remind you to take the surveys, even say how to rate. It's disingenuous. - Over-worked and ran PM's too thin, then when you get too burned out to do your job effectively you're not supported. I was running multiple projects during the day and had another project that required 12 am, 2am meetings as it was an Asian customer. I had no balance, no sleep, zero support. Instead of mitigating it, they wrote me up because I forgot something trivial (so trivial I don't even remember what it was). I was so stressed my hair literally fell out! I was so grateful to have another company headhunt me so that I could quit. TOXIC!
