- flexible personal time off - perfectc ombination with full remote position and abbility to work from office ( if I want I can work from office) - good benefits pacage

working under US based manager makes harder to manage working time schedule

Pros

Salary and benefits are excellent. Many people that you work with day to day are very nice and hardworking.

Cons

They don’t have layoffs but they have ninja attacks where people just disappear. These positions are not backfilled and the work just falls on the survivors. The company respects personalities not people who can operationalize. If you are not evangelical when you talk - this is not the company for you.
